The most important aspect of any dieting program, in my eyes, needs to be the quality of the food. Now, when I say quality, I am looking at the big picture. After all, Im not going on this diet for 6 months and then back to my old life. I am looking for a complete lifestyle change, that is the only way the results will be lasting.

I dont want to eat rice cakes!
